AMAZON is offering a discount on a 50-inch smart TV that's proved an absolute smash with shoppers.
Shoppers have been snapping up the Toshiba UF3D for 25% less than usual – it's been reduced from £399 to £299.

We spotted this gem of a deal while we were scrolling through Amazon's best-selling TVs page: always a good place to look for bargain tellies.
It currently sits at the Number 2 spot on the list: clearly the £100 discount has proved a draw for shoppers.
Interesting, this 4K TV from Toshiba actually contains some tech developed by Amazon itself.

Amazon's Fire streaming platform isn't just built into its own devices – streaming sticks, televisions – you'll also find it built into the devices of other brands, such as Toshiba.
The Fire platform is widely respected across the industry and is essentially a hub for streaming apps and services: you've got instant access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+ and the rest.
We last saw Toshiba's UF3D discounted during the Prime Day sale earlier this month.
Alongside the Fire credentials you've also got Dolby Atmos audio, and an Ultra HD screen that's powered by Toshiba's Tru Picture Engine, which automatically upscales and perfects whatever your watching.

Unsurprisingly for a TV that comes with Amazon's Fire platform, it's also operable with Alexa voice control.
It's not just the 50-inch set that's on offer right now: the 43-inch set has been reduced from £349 to £259 and the 55-inch model has dropped from £449 to £339.
The largest model in the range, the 65-inch, has fallen from £549 to £399.
Amazon tends to be pretty fickle with its discounts: our guess is that these TVs will go back to full price soon… before dropping again for Black Friday at the end of the month.
