Big Brother star Dylan has sung praises to the ITV care team as they assisted him when his limb had "shrunk" on the show.
The 39-year-old previously revealed that he had his foot amputated following a fatal car accident. But Dylan, who was evicted alongside his co-star Paul, said he was given all the help that he required on the show.
Talking openly to Daily Star at a recent round table event, Dylan said: "What was really surprising and really great is that the Big Brother care team here are absolutely amazing. They are literally on hand whenever you need them.

"I did have a problem with my leg while I was in there. Obviously I had been on my leg more than I had usually been- up for twelve hours a day and running around doing what I got to do- so my limb had shrunk and I needed a different sock.
"Now these socks are not easy to get and I was like 'ah can you get this for me?' And within a couple of days, there was a brand new sock there and there was cream for the back of it and there was always someone on hand."
Sharing how his former housemate Kerry was able to use a lift in the house. He added: "So for me it was the surprise on how much they cater for everything. Kerry with her MS and the scooter- there was a lift in there and Kerry was the only one who used it. They put a whole lift in there!"

Before Big Brother returned to screens last month, ITV released details of their care package. In a statement, they wrote: "All housemates will be supported with an individual support plan that includes sessions with the show’s mental health professionals prior to entering the House, throughout their time in the House and beyond.
Housemates will be required to adhere to a social media blackout and will undergo respect and inclusion training to set out expectations around use of language and acceptable behaviour in the House.
"The welfare protocols in place for Big Brother Housemates have evolved over the show’s more than 20-year global history. The protocols in place for the 2023 ITV series have been evaluated and reviewed with ITV’s compliance and Duty of Care team, the mental health professionals engaged for this series and Big Brother’s welfare team, including Banijay UK’s Head of Welfare."
