Emmerdale viewers appalled by star's 'criminal' outfit – raging 'I've gone right off him' after fashion fail | The Sun

EMMERDALE viewers have been left appalled by one star's 'criminal' out – but did you spot it?

The long-running ITV soap continued last night as fans tuned in for their fix from the Yorkshire dales.

However, they soon became more fixated on one character's appearance rather than the drama.

Mackenzie wore a grey t-shirt with an jacket and paired them with blue denim jeans.

Completing his look he decided to wear birkenstock sandals – with socks.

It provoked a serious discussion amongst fans who took to social media to comment on his look.

Mackenzie's character, who is played by Lawrence Robb, recently came under fire from fans.

Emmerdale aired a number of dramatic episodes for Super Soap Week at the start of the month.

It saw Mac along with estranged wife Charity Dingle and current love and baby mama Chloe Harris end up in a car accident.

A publicity still from the scenes was released this week, and sees Chloe and Charity both reaching out desperately for Mack's hand.

It led viewers to slam the show as 'misogynistic'.

Emmerdale airs on ITV1 and ITVX.
