Lorraine quizzes Fruitcake on what Fred Sirieix is like at home
Fred Sirieix’s fiancée Fruitcake has broken her silence following the First Date star’s clash with co-star Josie Gibson on I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!
Fred, 51, got caught up in a heated discussion with Josie, 38, as she cooked the jungle dinner during last night’s instalment.
Josie was named camp chef and took over the reins from Fred. Although Fred’s unwanted opinions sent Josie to boiling point.
On Monday, his long-term partner who is nicknamed Fruitcake, spoke with Lorraine Kelly after admitting she was not surprised by his reaction.
Fruitcake confessed that Fred does all the cooking at home and often reminds her that “he’s in charge of pleasure” and he finds huge pleasure in “feeding” her.

She revealed to host Lorraine Kelly, 64: “He’s like that at home but to be fair Lorraine, I don’t do any cooking so I can’t say I step away.
“He does it at home. He says he’s in charge of pleasure and pleasure is feeding me.”
Struggling with the switch in roles, she continued: “He does all the cooking so I am not surprised he’s struggled to step away with Josie.”
Fred is set to face some familiar celebrity faces in the next trial – Celebrity dressing rooms. Tonight, viewers will see him go head-to-head with some new jungle friends.

He is said to face his fears after she told the ITV presenter: “[He’s] not good [with rats], but he’s even worse with spiders. I imagine a few screams in that trial.”
On Sunday, fans saw an awkward moment between Fred and Josie which quickly got heated.
Fred asked Josie: “Did you do the beans, Josie. Did you soak them?”, to which she replied “No.”
He then turned to Tony Bellew and offered him advice on how to cook over the campfire.
Saying: “Put it flat Tony, you’ve got to make sure it’s flat. Not quite flat…”
Josie walked off amid her frustration and went onto the bus to tell new camp leader Nella Rose: “He’s really getting involved all the time.”
Nella, 26, responded: “My whole thing is, we came to the jungle to have fun and do new experiences, and everybody should be able to try new things. If you want to cook…”
Josie added: “He’s not cooking anymore, and I don’t think he’ll grasp it.”
Following the tense atmosphere Fred was seen venting to former Eastenders actress Danielle Harold about his frustration over people not listening to his advice.
Lorraine airs weekdays at 9am on ITV.
