Dancing On Ice host Holly Willoughby, 39, took to Instagram and posted a snap of her pink fingernails which had the shape of love-hearts printed on them. It comes after she recently shared a photo alongside Caroline Flack, 40, who died tragically yesterday.
In view of her 6.3 million followers, the This Morning host shared a simple message with her fans.
She captioned the post: “I choose LOVE…,” with the picture gaining over 100,000 likes in an hour.
The heartwarming message comes after she paid tribute to former Love Island presenter Caroline.
The TV personality died at her flat in London with her family confirming the news yesterday in a statement.

The statement read: “We can confirm that our Caroline passed yesterday on the 15th February. We would ask that the press both respect the privacy of the family at this difficult time.”
Celebrity pals of the star have taken to social media and offered messages of condolences.
Holly chose to share a black and white snap of the pair together.
She captioned the post: “Utterly heartbreaking… life is so precious and yet so fragile… huge love to Caroline’s family…”
Fans flocked to comment on the emotional tribute, as one person said: “It really, really is. I think a lot of people are feeling shell-shocked this evening.”
Another person commented: “So tragic and just so sad.”
While a third person added: “It’s heartbreaking.”
ITV colleague Phillip Schofield penned a heartfelt statement this evening while re-posting a quote she shared on Instagram in December last year about the importance of being kind.

In view of his 3.1 million followers, the This Morning star shared Caroline’s post which read: “In a world where you can be anything, be kind.”
Phillip then admitted his “heart is breaking” over news of her death.
He added in a caption: “You poor poor darling girl, my heart is breaking #BeKind.”
Caroline originally captioned her post of the quote with “Anything … we can literally choose to be anything …,” at the time.

The singer admitted he hasn’t stopped crying since discovering the news of his late friend, Caroline.
