Jonnie Irwin has shared a "beautiful photo" spending time with this three young sons.
The 49-year-old has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and has been open about his diagnosis to encourage others to "make the most of every day."
The A Place In The Sun presenter, who has been battling cancer since 2020, regularly shares updates from his life with his 220,000 followers on Instagram.
Updates include renovating his family home in Newcastle, spending time with his friends paying golf and bonding more with his young boys, Rafa, Rex and Cormac.
Jonnie's latest update was in the form of a picture of his three sons during a swimming lesson.
The photograph shows all three boys sat on the edge of the pool looking into the water, while their dad Jonnie watched over them.
He captioned the post: "Swimming lessons-proper dad vibes watching my trio today."
Fans quickly left comments about the heart-warming family moment. One said: "Aww such a beautiful photo Jonnie. You should have dad vibes. You deserve dad vibes. You are dad vibes.
"You trooper. You are like an army tank. No stopping you. Keep on going general Irwin."
Another replied: "It’s always the small things that are the normal things that are the best things xx."
While a third added: "You are one hell of a real dad! An amazing one at that. They now have another memory.
"My birth dad never once came to my swim or dance lessons – not one! You keep doing what you can for as long as you can. You have us all behind you xx."
Elsewhere, another praised: "Top top Dad Jonnie. One day in the future those boys will look back and be so proud of you. Keep going and all power to you."
The family post comes just days after he shared the news his cancer is "on the move".
The presenter, who also starred on Escape to the Country, was diagnosed with lung cancer in 2020 but went public with the diagnosis in late 2022 after it had spread to his brain and became terminal.
Earlier this week, he shared a snap of himself in an oxygen and told fans: "The wait for more scans is frustrating when you know the cancer is on the move again.
"Meanwhile there’s stuff I can do to make the terrain as tough as possible for growth and the ladies down at @sereniti_health are part of my team of suppliers for various therapies.
"I’d recommend this place to anyone wanting to tap into a healthier lifestyle. Big shout as always goes to @how_to_starve_cancer who’s constant help has a huge impact. #respect."
