The rapper looked smart in navy trousers and a matching navy jumper. He was reportedly taking photos of his other half as she presented at the party.
Their joint appearance comes after it was reported Maya is hoping for a Christmas proposal from Stormzy.
Heat magazine reported: "They have a fiery chemistry and a great connection that neither of them wanted to lose, and Maya wants to solidify their relationship after going official.
"She’s confessed to pals that she’s hoping for a Christmas proposal after realising he’s ‘The One’."
The couple rekindled their relationship this year after splitting in 2019, following four years of dating. The grime artist has since publicly declared he has "never loved anyone how I've loved her."
He denied infidelity in the relationship but admitted he had to learn hard lessons about his behaviour, describing it as "disrespectful."
Speaking to Louis Theroux in his interview series, the rapper admitted to making mistakes during their four-year relationship but revealed he has since grown.
He explained: "My break-up, that was probably the biggest catalyst for growth as a man. It was like, OK, you made a mistake, and you lose someone you loved, someone you cared for, someone who is special to you.
"That's probably the biggest loss a man can have, isn't it? Away from someone passing away, that's the biggest loss you can have."
