My Mum, Your Dad begins on ITV on September 11 and will follow a group of single parents who’ve been nominated by their grown-up kids to find a partner.
Across two weeks, and 10 hour-long episodes, the parents will live in a country house retreat as they hope for a second chance of love.
As the parents go on dates, their children will watch on as witness to their journey to find love.
The kids will get the opportunity to play matchmakers and decide the fate of each date.

Sharon is looking to meet “somebody who has the same morals, the same qualities, the same aspirations and goals”. He’s obviously very handsome too – I love stubble on a man!”
Caroline

She said her celebrity crushes are “Channing Tatum because of how he can dance. Tom Hardy because of his ruggedness, and Idris Elba because of his smoothness and he’s a great actor. Oh, and Paul Brunson – because that man has character; he is all about personal development, he’s a family man, and has a lot of wisdom and that’s very attractive!”

Roger

Roger revealed his daughter told him: “‘Just enjoy yourself, you’ve come this far, you know you’ll make friends.’ It’s total role reversal!” He said someone can impress him by having “a sense of humour is massively important and finding common ground. Elliott describes himself as a “dating disaster”, explaining: ” I’ve been doing renovation on the house and one time this woman was coming over and there was a bathroom shop around the corner that was having a really good sale and I needed to get to it.
“So I took her to that… there was one point I was walking past a sink and I said, ‘I really like this sink’ and I saw myself in the mirror and I saw her face. I just thought, ‘This is probably the worst date she’s ever had, what am I doing?’”
