NCIS: New Orleans release dramatic teaser for season seven
WARNING: This article contains spoilers from NCIS New Orleans.
NCIS New Orleans starred actor Scott Bakula for seven years but where is the Agent Dwayne Pride star now?
The CBS police procedural was the franchise’s second spin-off and ran for seven successful seasons until it was announced in early 2021 it had been cancelled.
While fans were upset to see it go, the final episode felt like a true celebration of NCIS NOLA with the cast rejoicing in the streets after Pride and Chelsea Fields’ (Rita Devereaux) nuptials.
Two years have gone by since it was last on the small screen with the stars moving on to other things.
And, as the leading agent on the team, it’s no wonder viewers are interested to find out what the actor behind Pride has been up to.

Where is NCIS star Scott Bakula?
NCIS New Orleans’ Scott Bakula has worked on a few different projects since the drama was brought to an end.
The same year as his exit, the 68-year-old featured in the mockumentary What We Do In the Shadows, alongside the likes of Matt Berry and Kristen Schaal.
The following year, Bakula was in the TV series Unbroken as a character called Ash Holleran.
His biggest work to date though since NCIS New Orleans ended actually came earlier this year.

Bakula starred in the mystery movie Divinity with Bella Thorne and On My Block’s Jason Genao.
He is behind Sterling Pierce, a scientist dedicated to the quest to figure out immortality in an otherworldly human existence.
Bar this handful of shows and films, Bakula has remained reasonably quiet since the drama’s end.
He was offered to star in the reboot of Quantum Leap, reprising his role as Sam Beckett but the actor took to Instagram to explain why he chose to turn it down.

Bakula wrote: “As the show has always been near and dear to my heart, it was a very difficult decision to pass on the project, a decision that has upset and confused so many fans of the original series.
“However, the idea of anyone ‘leaping’ around in time and walking a mile in someone else’s shoes, remains a very appealing concept and so worthy of exploration, especially given the current state of mankind.
“In that spirit, I am crossing my fingers that this new cast and crew are lucky enough to tap into the magic that propelled the original Quantum Leap into the hearts and minds of generations past and present. I wish them good luck and happy leaping!”
NCIS New Orleans is available to watch on CBS.
