Nearly three years after calling off their engagement and ending their nine-year romance, it appears that things are finally settling down when it comes to Jason Sudeikis and Olivia Wilde’s battles.
The couple, who became engaged in a battle over custody for their two children in 2022, have finally settled their dispute, according to documents obtained by The Daily Mail.
The former couple’s battle over issues surrounding the care of their nine-year-old son Otis and six-year-old daughter Daisy famously turned public and ugly in April last year, when Wilde was served papers for the dispute as she promoted her film Don’t Worry Darling at CinemaCon.
Sudeikis indicated he had no prior knowledge of how she would be served, and never intended for their battle to be broadcast in such a public manner.
“Mr. Sudeikis had no prior knowledge of the time or place that the envelope would have been delivered as this would solely be up to the process service company involved and he would ever condone her being served in such an inappropriate manner,” a source told People Magazine at the time.

What followed was a nasty battle where the Ted Lasso star and actress/director duked it out over care arrangements and child support.
However, The Daily Mail now reports that the two have settled on joint custody of the kids on a “week-on, week-off basis,” and Sudeikis will pay child support of $10,300 for Otis and $17,200 for Daisy on a monthly basis.
The actor, 48, is also set to financially support Wilde for 25 percent of all the childcare expenses.
The amounts were determined based on both’s estimated incomes for 2023. Sudeikis has an estimated income of $10.5 million, while his former fiancee, 39, has an estimated income of $500,000.

Though things are settled and civil now, the papers still note that the two do dispute the amounts one another make, as it can fluctuate depending on their projects.
However, they did come to an agreement that stated his income was significantly higher than hers on an average basis.
“The parties agree that child support for the minor children in the amount of $27,500 per month is sufficient to maintain the needs of the minor children considering Jason’s station in life…is consistent with each child’s best interest, and application of the guideline would be unjust or inappropriate in this case,” the papers stated.
Sudeikis’ income was likely largely attributed to Ted Lasso, which ended its three-season run on Apple TV+ this year. In that time, the show won 11 Emmy Awards, including two for Sudeikis as Lead Actor.
