The Voice Kids: Winner announced in final
The Voice judge Olly Murs’ replacement seems to be “confirmed” with big names including Ed Sheeran being thrown in the mix after he was axed from the ITV show.
The Daily Star recently used artificial intelligence (AI) to see who could be in the running to replace Olly and star alongside Will.i.am, Tom Jones and Anne Marie.
Tools Bard AI responded to the question of who should replace Olly and said: “There are several rumours circulating about who could potentially take his place.”
The first of its suggestions was Tom Grennan, as it explained: “The 26-year-old singer-songwriter has been a rising star in the music industry in recent years, and his soulful voice and stage presence would make him a great fit for The Voice.”
Another possibility was sensation Ed Sheeran where the AI system claimed: “Ed is one of the most successful artists in the world, and his addition to The Voice would be a major coup for the show.”

However, it did note that Ed is a “busy touring artist” so “it is unclear if he would have the time to commit to the show”.
When the news of his departure first came out Olly revealed he was “gutted and shocked” by the show bosses decision.
He told The Sun: “I’m gutted. I got the call last week to say I won’t be back on the show, and it’s a bit of a shock, to be honest. I didn’t really expect that to come.
“I don’t want to bulls**t my fans or bulls**t people who watch the show, and say, ‘Oh, it was an amicable decision to leave’.

“I’ve got lots of things on next year, I can’t do it any more. Did I want to leave? No. Will I still watch the show? Of course, but it’ll be sore thinking that could have been me”.
Despite the setback, Olly revealed the exciting plans for next year and will be touring alongside Take That for their upcoming stadium concerts.
The tour begins in Sheffield in April, with Gary Barlow, Mark Owen, and Howard Donald taking to the stage.
They are eager to showcase their latest music, alongside their beloved Take That classics, on this epic 29-date tour.
The Voice is available to watch on ITVX.
