One of Mr Brewer’s fans, @wapping_residen hinted Mike could get a new one especially made.
The social media user even referenced Wheeler Dealers’ competitor Car SOS as demonstrating the technology in a previous episode
They commented: “If it wasn’t Wheeler Dealers, it must have been Car SOS but I saw on one of those, a difficult to source window/door rubber being scanned, a die made and perfect new rubbers extruded.”
Mike quickly replied: “Wasn’t us I’ll ask @fuzztownshend or Tim.” @RuiSalgueiro confirmed it featured on CAR SOS, adding: “Yes, it was Tim who went to the company that does that.”

New seals can now be produced through 3D printing in a major boost to classic car owners who cannot get hold of original parts.
Seals Direct explained how “bespoke” products can be made using a range of new technology.
They commented: “Using our in house design team we are able to design and develop bespoke seals to customers’ requirements.
“This starts with a 3D design using Solidworks and then if required we can prototype using our Formlabs SLA 3D printer in a flexible rubber compound.”

The PA Cresta first hit the roads over 65 years ago with the saloon car almost identical to the classic 1950s American Buick.
Fitted with chrome, leather interior and fashionable tail-fine, the model is one of the closest things to America you will find on the roads.
The gorgeous model has a top speed of almost 90 mph and can reach 0-60 mph in 16.8 seconds.
Today, PA Cresta’s can be sold for over £12,000 despite hitting the market for around £1,000 when they first launched.
