Kevin Costner has reportedly won his divorce court battle over child support against estranged wife Christine Baumgartner.<\/p>\n
The Hollywood icon, 68, has been ordered to pay Baumgartner $63K a month.<\/p>\n
According to TMZ, the Los Angeles judge overseeing the two-day case made the decision Friday, granting Costner’s proposed amount.<\/p>\n
During his testimony in court, the Yellowstone star reportedly said he wanted to pass his properties down to his children, insisting: \u201cI don\u2019t hide money from my wife.\u201d<\/p>\n
The ruling is a win for the actor because he had been tentatively ordered to make monthly payments of $129,755 to the former handbag designer for their three kids \u2014 Cayden, 16, Hayes, 14, and Grace, 13 \u2014 this past July.<\/p>\n

More info<\/p>\n Baumgartner said in court: \u201cIt\u2019s an experience,\u201d describing the family home as a \u201ccommunity.\u201d<\/p>\n She added: \u201cWe create whatever we can dream up in here,\u201d insisting that the court order \u201cmust allow the children to be supported at a level commensurate with Kevin\u2019s considerable wealth, even if that level of support also improves [my] standard of living.\u201d<\/p>\n According to her, that \u201cstandard of living\u201d should include a house \u201ccomparable\u201d to Costner\u2019s $145 million home and \u201cluxury vacations\u201d chartered on private planes.<\/p>\n On their $129,755 agreement, Costner didn’t feel that increase necessary.<\/p>\n He previously argued that $51,940 per month was the more \u201creasonable\u201d amount.<\/p>\n The star also accused Baumgartner of asking for more money to fund her own expenses, including plastic surgery.<\/p>\n Baumgartner also recently accused the actor of \u201cwithholding\u201d evidence related to his business dealings.<\/p>\n She claimed that his net worth quadrupled to $400 million throughout their nearly 19-year marriage.<\/p>\n During the court proceedings, Costner laughed when he was asked to swap homes with his estranged wife.<\/p>\n Meanwhile, Baumgartner wore Prada to court on Friday.<\/p>\n
