{"id":70114,"date":"2023-10-29T09:44:35","date_gmt":"2023-10-29T09:44:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geels.net\/?p=70114"},"modified":"2023-10-29T09:44:35","modified_gmt":"2023-10-29T09:44:35","slug":"super-bowl-selfie-kid-ryan-mckenna-violates-probation-by-drinking-alcohol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geels.net\/beauty\/super-bowl-selfie-kid-ryan-mckenna-violates-probation-by-drinking-alcohol\/","title":{"rendered":"Super Bowl Selfie Kid Ryan McKenna Violates Probation by Drinking Alcohol"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/c4\/4by3\/2023\/10\/24\/c4b3bedb93104a36b5a1b6d933ad3870_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"Ryan McKenna\"        ><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ryan McKenna<\/strong>, famous for snapping a viral Super Bowl selfie years ago with <strong>Justin Timberlake<\/strong>, is in more legal trouble &#8212; this time cops say he pulled a few no-nos for a guy on probation.<\/p>\n<p>According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ryan was arrested earlier this month in Florida after his probation officer discovered he&#8217;d traveled out of state without permission.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/89\/4by3\/2023\/10\/24\/89617e91345c4334bbdbe369a387bec6_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"Ryan McKenna mug shot\"        ><\/p>\n<p>The PO says he got suspicious when Ryan sent an email saying he was &#8220;unsure&#8221; of any outstanding conditions for October, even though Ryan had already checked in for the month.<\/p>\n<p>When he called Ryan, he didn&#8217;t answer &#8230; so he dialed his mom, and she told him Ryan was back in Naples, FL, where Ryan had been arrested in February in the case that led to his probation.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/e6\/16by9\/2023\/05\/25\/e67acbf56c7948139134c40147aff17f_md.jpg\"            loading=\"lazy\"          ><\/p>\n<p>Problem is &#8230; the PO says Ryan&#8217;s address on file is in Massachusetts, and he&#8217;s supposed to get permission before leaving the state.<\/p>\n<p>When Ryan finally called back, he admitted being back in Florida without getting the PO&#8217;s permission &#8230; and based on that &#8220;unusual behavior,&#8221; the officer tested Ryan for drugs and alcohol, and says it came back positive for booze.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/13\/16by9\/2023\/03\/03\/131061e6d64942d2a2770d1a6300ab15_md.jpg\"            loading=\"lazy\"          ><\/p>\n<p>Major screwup on Ryan&#8217;s part, and not just because he&#8217;s under 21 &#8212; as we first reported, Ryan&#8217;s also not allowed to consume alcohol as a condition of his probation.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan copped to drinking on Oct. 12, even though he&#8217;d previously told his PO he didn&#8217;t. The officer says Ryan was upfront about knowing booze was off limits and lying to his probation officer is also a violation.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan was arrested, posed for a new mug shot and is due back in court Monday morning for arraignment.<\/p>\n<p>TMZ broke the story &#8230; cops were called to a California Pizza Kitchen in Naples, on the eve of the Super Bowl, after they were told Ryan was drunk and had hit his buddy.<\/p>\n<p>Ryan was <strong>booked<\/strong> for felony battery on a law enforcement officer and 2 misdemeanors &#8212; resisting arrest and obstruction of an officer &#8212; and video shows him getting body <strong>slammed during his arrest<\/strong>.
