{"id":70591,"date":"2023-11-25T05:48:11","date_gmt":"2023-11-25T05:48:11","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geels.net\/?p=70591"},"modified":"2023-11-25T05:48:11","modified_gmt":"2023-11-25T05:48:11","slug":"kroy-biermann-sued-over-alleged-unpaid-credit-from-casino-trip-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geels.net\/beauty\/kroy-biermann-sued-over-alleged-unpaid-credit-from-casino-trip-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Kroy Biermann Sued Over Alleged Unpaid Credit From Casino Trip"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/c5\/4by3\/2023\/06\/28\/c53608735a694a8d9abe6764ea8ae410_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"\"        ><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kroy Biermann<\/strong> took out a line of credit for a gambling trip in the Caribbean and never paid the money back &#8230; at least according to a new lawsuit.<\/p>\n<p>The former reality TV star and NFL player is being sued by Sky Warrior, which apparently handles the credit lines at the famous Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/94\/4by3\/2023\/06\/28\/94c268fbaefd457daac86f43567e0659_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"\"        ><\/p>\n<p>According to the suit, obtained by TMZ, Kroy obtained a $100,000 line of credit for use at Baha Mar Casino in advance of a November 2021 trip, and he ended up using $52,500 to gamble.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/62\/4by3\/2023\/06\/28\/62f6f37ddf6145308563aa94a84f9f91_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"\"        ><\/p>\n<p>Sky Warrior claim Kroy agreed to pay back any money he gambled and promised that he had the money in his SunTrust bank account &#8230; but they say he drew $52,500 in chip markers at the casino and didn&#8217;t repay the amount before leaving.<\/p>\n<p>The suit alleges Kroy still hasn&#8217;t settled up &#8230; and Sky Warrior say they have been unable to get the money from Kroy&#8217;s bank account.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/1c\/4by3\/2023\/06\/28\/1c2492dae9034eb1b95d006ebe2a2c66_md.png\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"Kim Zolciak and kroy Biermann with family instagram\"        ><\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s more financial trouble for Kroy &#8230; he and estranged wife <strong>Kim Zolciak<\/strong> allegedly <strong>owe the IRS<\/strong> north of $1 million, he&#8217;s being sued for allegedly <strong>missing lease payments<\/strong> on a Rolls-Royce and he&#8217;s claimed Kim has a <strong>gambling problem<\/strong> in their <strong>nasty divorce<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/imagez.tmz.com\/image\/ec\/16by9\/2023\/06\/19\/ecd2f5af8ddb46daaea116daa21bc498_md.jpg\"          loading=\"lazy\"          alt=\"Amazon Miracle-INLINE-PROMO-hulu\"        ><\/p>\n<p>Sky Warrior is going after Kroy for the $52,500 they say he owes &#8230; plus interest and attorney&#8217;s fees.<\/p>\n<p>Kroy&#8217;s attorney, <strong>Marlys A.
