DEAR DEIDRE: Ever since I had a weird and violent dream about my cousin I have avoided seeing or speaking to her.<\/p>\n

In my dream, I told my cousin I wanted to marry her \u2013 and we kissed passionately. <\/p>\n

Then her partner came along and I got so jealous I beat him up.<\/p>\n

I\u2019m 30, single and male, and I\u2019m totally freaked out. I don\u2019t fancy my cousin, who is 29, and I\u2019m not a violent person.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t understand what it means. I\u2019m worried that subconsciously I do want to be with my cousin and hurt her partner, who I\u2019ve always got on with well.<\/p>\n

My cousin and I have been close friends since we were kids. We used to talk a lot. But now I can\u2019t bring myself to reply to her messages or go on her social media.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s been a week since my dream and she\u2019s noticed something is up.<\/p>\n
