{"id":70737,"date":"2023-11-29T13:42:43","date_gmt":"2023-11-29T13:42:43","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/geels.net\/?p=70737"},"modified":"2023-11-29T13:42:43","modified_gmt":"2023-11-29T13:42:43","slug":"huge-reality-show-is-returning-to-screens-and-its-just-weeks-away-confirms-bbcs-morning-live-the-sun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/geels.net\/beauty\/huge-reality-show-is-returning-to-screens-and-its-just-weeks-away-confirms-bbcs-morning-live-the-sun\/","title":{"rendered":"Huge reality show is returning to screens &#8211; and it&#x27;s just weeks away, confirms BBC&#x27;s Morning Live | The Sun"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>BBC Morning Live has confirmed a huge reality show is returning to screens &#8211; and it&#x27;s just weeks away. <\/p>\n<p>Hosts Helen Skelton and Gethin Jones spoke to Amanda Lovett, who was a contestant on the first series of The Traitors, on Tuesday&#x27;s show. <\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/amanda2.png\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/amanda.png\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.thesun.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/11\/traitors-claudia-winkleman-traitors-new-779236022.jpg\"><\/p>\n<p>The first season of The Traitors was a huge hit for the BBC when it aired in November 2022. <\/p>\n<p>Fans are desperate for the second series, and during their chat with Amanda, Helen and Gethin revealed it will air in January, 2024. <\/p>\n<p>They said: &quot;We have got a bit of a treat for you now, one of the hottest shows on <span>television<\/span>, The Traitors, is returning to our screens in January.&quot; <\/p>\n<p>Before series two has even aired, BBC bosses are looking for applicants for a third season, and the Morning Live stars added: &quot;The team behind the murderous, backstabbing reality show are looking for their <span>next<\/span> group of contestants.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>Amanda said: &quot;I can&#x27;t wait to see the new series, hopefully, they&#x27;ve changed it up a bit, some twists and turns, I don&#x27;t know, but I really can&#x27;t wait to see it and who is wearing the cloaks and how many of them there will be.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>At the time of the announcement, Head of Entertainment at the BBC, Kalpna Patel-Knight said: &quot;The massive unscripted hit The Traitors will be back for a third series. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;Expect to see more psychological gameplay, exciting challenges, and of course Claudia at the helm. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;It will be a thrilling ride for both avid fans and newcomers to the series for sure. It will be a year tomorrow since it aired and so I&#x27;ve just had the best year, I&#x27;ve met so many fabulous people, and I&#x27;ve done some TV work. <\/p>\n<p>&quot;I just spent all my <span>summer<\/span> at <span>Pride<\/span> events I was asked to go to, so it&#x27;s been fantastic.
