Taylor Swift has extended her record for the most weeks as the top musical act in the United States to 88, while Mariah Carey returned to the Top 10 of the Billboard Artist 100 chart.

Swift topped the chart dated December 9.

Swift is riding high on the success of her latest rerecorded album, 1989 (Taylor’s Version), which is currently ranked on top of the Billboard 200 chart.

In addition, five other of Swift’s albums are featured on the current edition of the Billboard 200, and six of her songs are on the Billboard Hot 100.

Swift is followed by Morgan Wallen, Drake, Olivia Rodrigo and Zach Bryan in the top five of the latest edition of Artist 100.

Carey is ranked No. 10, making a re-entry to the top 10 for the first time since last holiday season, jumping ten big steps from No. 20.

The Artist 100 measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay and streaming to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.
