Bruce Willis’ family are spending as much time with him as possible after he was diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia, knowing that any day could be his last.<\/p>\n
The Die Hard star spent Thanksgiving with his loved ones including daughter Scout who shared a video to Instagram of them holding hands at a table.<\/p>\n
Scout also posted a photo of herself holding her dad’s palm to her face. His wife Emma Heming Willis shared a throwback photo of the whole family including her daughters with Bruce, Mabel and Evelyn, and his ex-wife Demi Moore and their daughters Rumer, Scout and Tallulah.<\/p>\n
Emma expressed her gratitude for her family in the caption: “I’m grateful and thankful to know this kind of love.”<\/p>\n
Read more: Bruce Willis’ wife Emma ‘putting herself back together’ after dementia summit<\/strong><\/p>\n <\/p>\n After revealing that Bruce had been diagnosed with language disorder aphasia in March 2022, the family confirmed in February that he had progressed to a frontotemporal dementia diagnosis.<\/p>\n The disease typically has a life expectancy of between six and eight years but can be as low as two years in some cases.<\/p>\n A source close to the family told US Weekly: “Bruce has good days and bad days, but in the last two months, there are many more bad days than good.<\/p>\n “This experience has brought the whole family even closer together. No one knows how much time Bruce has left, so they’re soaking up every moment they get with him.<\/p>\n Don’t miss… <\/strong> <\/p>\n \u201cBruce has around-the-clock care, but at least one family member is always with him.”<\/p>\n Another source confirmed that the family is spending as much time as possible with Bruce.<\/p>\n They said: “They’re all there all the time. Once Bruce was diagnosed, everyone came together to keep his memory of the family intact and to be there as a constant reminder they love him. Everything revolves around him.”<\/p>\n Rumer, who shares a close bond with her father, reportedly brings her eight-month-old daughter Louetta to spend time with Bruce as often as she can.<\/p>\n
